What is RFID protected? (& what does this mean?)
Both the internal zip pocket and rear zip pockets have additional RFID protection in-built into the lining.
This helps block contactless scanners from reading your tap-and-go cards, which is handy in crowded places.
How do I get the free Foldable Laundry Bag?
You don't need to do anything. Every pre-order placed while pre-orders are open includes a Foldable Laundry Bag, and it ships in the same parcel as your crossbody.
How does the loop-lock zip work?
Each zip pull ends in a soft leather loop detail. Once the bag is zipped, thread both loops through the gold clasp and clip it shut. Nobody can slide the zip open without you knowing.
The clasp is detachable so can be placed on either side of the bag, so it suits however you wear it and feel most comfortable.
Can I wear it on my left or right shoulder?
Yes, either one. The strap is adjustable, and you can wear the bag across your front, at your hip or on your back.
How do I keep it clean?
The lining is water-resistant, so most spills wipe out with a damp cloth. Wipe the outside with a soft damp cloth and let it air dry.
